China Petroleum & Chemical (HK:0386) has released an update.
At the recent board meeting, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec Corp.) appointed Ma Yongsheng as the new Chairman and Zhao Dong as Vice Chairman, alongside other key executive positions including Zhao Dong as President and Huang Wensheng as Secretary to the Board. The company also filled several committees and ratified appointments for the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange representations. These changes come into effect for the duration of the ninth session of the Board’s term.
