Sinomax Group Ltd. announced unanimous approval of all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting on June 7, 2024, including the adoption of audited financial statements, election of board members, and a final dividend declaration. Shareholders voted 100% in favor of key decisions such as director re-elections and the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditors. The board was also granted a mandate to manage share issuances within specified limits.
