Sinomax Group Ltd., through its subsidiary Sinomax East, has entered into an expansion agreement for a property lease in the U.S. with Ashley Interchange, commencing on August 1, 2024. The agreement spans over five years and three months for an initial rent of approximately $111,327 monthly, subject to an approximate 4% annual increase. This transaction is classified as a discloseable event according to the Listing Rules due to its asset value.
