This transaction, completed at a favorable rate of 107.80% of the original FTX Claim value, enables the company to efficiently realize a gain of approximately HK$96,953,000. The company views this as an advantageous move for its shareholders, providing immediate financial returns and avoiding the uncertainties of lengthy bankruptcy proceedings.
