Sinohope Technology Holdings Limited’s subsidiary, Sinohope Asset Management, has entered into a trio of framework agreements with substantial shareholders Mr. Li, Mr. Du, and Mr. Zhong, to provide asset management services until 2026. These agreements classify as continuing connected transactions due to the shareholders’ status as connected persons, thus requiring independent shareholder approval and adherence to the Listing Rules. The agreements also necessitate reporting, annual review, and announcement processes in compliance with regulatory standards.
