Sino Land Company Limited reported a decrease in its unaudited underlying profit for the six months ending December 31, 2024, with profits falling to HK$2,241 million from HK$2,945 million the previous year. The company declared an interim dividend of HK15 cents per share, maintaining the same level as the previous year.
