Sino Land Co has announced its annual general meeting will be held on October 23, 2024, where shareholders will review and adopt the latest financial statements, declare dividends, re-elect directors, and re-appoint KPMG as the auditor. The meeting will also cover the approval for the directors to buy back up to 10% of the company’s shares and to issue additional shares or securities up to 20% of the total shares in issue, within certain timeframes and subject to legal and regulatory guidelines.
