Singtel has announced a strategic restructuring where its associated company Intouch Holdings will amalgamate with Gulf Energy Development to form a new entity, which will be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. In conjunction with this amalgamation, there will also be a conditional voluntary tender offer for all shares of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited, with Singtel’s subsidiary SSI participating as a joint offeror.
