Singapura Finance Ltd has announced a reorganization of its Board of Directors following the retirement of three of its Independent Directors at the recent Annual General Meeting. The new board composition includes Mrs. Yu-Foo Yee Shoon as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman and introduces new members across various committees such as Audit, Nominating, Remuneration, and Risk Management, effective from April 25, 2024.
