SIMEC Atlantis Energy Limited has announced the successful passage of all but one resolution at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) with shareholders voting in favor of key proposals, including the re-election of directors and approval of financial statements. The sole exception was Special Resolution 8, concerning the dis-application of pre-emption rights, which did not pass and will be subject to further engagement with shareholders. The company confirmed its position as a leader in sustainable energy, owning the flagship tidal stream project, MeyGen, and repurposing the Uskmouth Power Station into a sustainable energy park.
