Simcere Pharmaceutical Group Limited has announced the resignation of Ms. MAK Po Man Cherie as joint company secretary and the appointment of Ms. WONG Wai Ling to the role, effective June 14, 2024. Ms. Wong brings over 15 years of company secretarial service experience and will assist the remaining joint company secretary Mr. WANYushan. The company has also been granted a new waiver from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for compliance with certain listing rules.
