Simble Solutions Ltd. has announced a significant change in the interests of director Qiang (Max) Wang, who, through Gold Water Wealth Pte. Ltd., acquired 29,411,765 ordinary shares at $0.0034 per share. This transaction followed the shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 30 May 2024, after being announced on 21 February 2024. There were no changes in the director’s interests in contracts or securities traded during a closed period.
