Silvercorp Metals Inc. is set to finalize the acquisition of Adventus Mining Corporation following a favorable court ruling in Ecuador, dismissing litigation that had previously cast doubt on the environmental licensing of the Curipamba-El Domo project. The successful court decision has cleared the way for Silvercorp to proceed with the closure of the transaction on July 31, 2024.
