Silvercorp Metals Launches $130M Convertible Notes Offering

Silvercorp Metals (TSE:SVM) has released an update.

Silvercorp Metals has launched a private placement offering of $130 million in convertible senior notes due 2029. These notes, which may be converted into cash, common shares, or a combination of both, will help finance copper-gold mining projects outside of China. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions.
