Silvercorp Metals Inc. has successfully completed the acquisition of Adventus Mining Corporation, with Adventus shareholders now owning a portion of Silvercorp shares. The completion of this acquisition will result in the delisting of Adventus shares from the TSX Venture Exchange and the termination of its public reporting obligations.
