Silvercorp Metals Inc. has announced an agreement to acquire Adventus Mining Corporation, enhancing its mining portfolio through the addition of the advanced El Domo project in Ecuador. The deal, valued at approximately C$200 million, will result in a geographically diversified company with a stronger production profile and assets in both China and Ecuador. Silvercorp’s acquisition will provide shareholders with a diversified mix of metals, including silver, gold, copper, lead, and zinc, which are essential for a sustainable future.
