Silver X Mining Corp. has successfully completed its $5 million funding goal by closing the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement. This financial milestone allows for capital expenditure and exploration of the Nueva Recuperada Silver District in Peru, as well as potential asset acquisitions. The private placement received strong backing, including significant investments from company insiders.
