Silver Viper Minerals Corp. successfully completed the final portion of its private placement financing, raising a total of $2,376,900. The funds are earmarked for resource expansion and exploration drilling at their La Virginia Project, with a portion allocated for an upcoming option payment. The offering, exempt from holding periods, allows investors to purchase additional shares through warrants over a 36-month period.
