Silver Spruce Resources (TSE:SSE) has released an update.
Silver Spruce Resources Inc. has launched a private placement aiming to raise up to $500,000 through the issuance of over 33 million units, which include common shares and purchase warrants, to fund their mineral exploration projects and for general working capital. The placement, which is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, will also pay finder’s fees in line with exchange policies and will see securities under a four-month statutory hold.
