Silver One Resources (TSE:SVE) has released an update.
Silver One Resources Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement financing aimed at raising $5.5 million through the sale of over 19.6 million units at $0.28 each, with each unit comprising a common share and a half warrant. The warrants can be exercised at $0.40 for three years. The capital is earmarked for exploration, drilling, and general corporate purposes, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
