Silver North Resources Ltd. has successfully fully subscribed its initial offering of $500,000 and subsequently expanded the non-brokered private placement to $650,000, consisting of 6.5 million units. Each unit includes a common share and a warrant to purchase an additional share at $0.20 within a three-year period. The completion of this offering, subject to regulatory approval, is set to strengthen the company’s financial position as it continues to develop its primary silver projects and seeks further acquisitions.
