Silver Mountain Resources Inc. has successfully completed a prospectus offering, raising $9.64 million through the sale of over 87 million units, each including one common share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds from the offering are earmarked for the development of the Reliquias mine and other corporate purposes. Each warrant, valid for 48 months, allows the holder to acquire an additional common share at a set price, with the Agents receiving a commission and broker warrants as part of the deal.
