Silver Lake Resources Limited has received approval from the Supreme Court of New South Wales for a scheme of arrangement, allowing Red 5 Limited to acquire all shares of Silver Lake. Share trading of Silver Lake on the ASX will be suspended from the close of trading on 7 June 2024, with the acquisition process expected to be completed by 19 June 2024.
