This acquisition boosts Silver Elephant’s ownership in Oracle to 35.82% of the issued shares, and, including warrants, could potentially rise to 38.03% if exercised. Silver Elephant obtained necessary TSX approval for this transaction and may consider further adjustments to its holdings based on market developments.
