Silver Bull Seeks $408M in Mexico Arbitration

Silver Bull Resources (SVBL) has released an update.

Silver Bull Resources, Inc. has filed a US$408 million claim against Mexico for the alleged illegal expropriation of its Sierra Mojada project, which has been obstructed by an ongoing blockade since September 2019. The international arbitration, managed by Boies Schiller Flexner (UK) LLP and financially backed by Bench Walk Advisors LLC, is scheduled to have its hearing in October 2025. Silver Bull’s CEO expressed disappointment over the Mexican government’s inaction despite court rulings in the company’s favor.
