SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. convened its annual general meeting (AGM) on April 29, 2024, where shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, endorsed a final dividend of 0.6 Singapore cents per share, and sanctioned directors’ fees of S$800,000 for the year ending December 31, 2024. The meeting, conducted via poll voting, adhered to regulatory requirements of the SGX-ST and SEHK, with no questions submitted in advance by shareholders.
