SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. has announced significant changes in its leadership, with CEO Mr. Zhu Dazhi and executive directors Mr. Xu Xiaobing and Mr. Jiang Kai resigning effective 26 July 2024, due to re-designation of work. They have confirmed no disagreements with the board, and the company has shown appreciation for their contributions. Mr. Ji Guanglin and Mr. Wang Xiwang will be stepping into the roles of CEO and executive director respectively.
