SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. has reported the deregistration of one subsidiary and the creation of another, alongside increases in registered share capital for two of its subsidiaries. These corporate actions, including the establishment of a new wastewater treatment company with RMB 10 million in registered capital, are not expected to materially affect the company’s net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. All changes have been internally funded and do not alter shareholder proportions within the affected subsidiaries.
