Signature Resources Garners Strong Support at Shareholder Meeting

Signature Resources Ltd. successfully conducted its 2024 Annual General & Special Meeting, receiving strong shareholder support for all proposed resolutions. Shareholders reelected six director nominees and approved the reappointment of McGovern Hurley LLP as auditors, as well as the reapproval of the company’s Incentive Stock Option Plan.
