SigmaTron International Names John Sheehan as Class I Director

Sigmatron International (SGMA) has provided an update.

SigmaTron International has announced the appointment of John P. Sheehan as a Class I Director of the Board, effective from July 3, 2024, following a recommendation by its Nominating Committee. Sheehan, currently the President of the company, steps into the role after a reclassification of board positions. He will hold the position until the 2024 annual stockholders’ meeting and will not serve on any committees or receive additional compensation for his directorship.
