SigmaRoc (GB:SRC) has released an update.
SigmaRoc PLC, a Northern European lime and limestone group, announced the exercise of a call option to acquire CRH plc’s Polish lime operations for €100 million, with completion expected by end of September 2024 following Polish Competition Office Clearance. This acquisition follows SigmaRoc’s successful integration of CRH’s lime businesses in Germany, the Czech Republic, Ireland, and the UK, aligning with the company’s strategy to consolidate materials markets for sustainability and efficiency. SigmaRoc continues to focus on sustainable economy transitions, leveraging lime and limestone in innovative environmental applications.
