On January 30, 2024, Sight Sciences, Inc.’s Compensation Committee approved the annual salaries and cash incentive opportunities for the fiscal year 2024 for top executives including President and CEO Paul Badawi, COO Sam Park, and CFO and Treasurer Alison Bauerlein. Badawi’s salary will increase to $640,000, Park’s to $420,000, and Bauerlein’s to $450,000, with Bauerlein’s salary reflecting an annualized amount since starting in April 2023. Additionally, they have target bonus opportunities of 90%, 80%, and 80% of their base salaries, respectively, contingent upon the company meeting specific performance goals related to revenue, operating expenses, and key developmental milestones.
