Sify Technologies (SIFY) has released an update.
Sify Technologies Ltd. has announced the successful over-subscription of their recent rights offering, raising approximately $30 million in gross proceeds for business expansion in areas like Network Centric Services and Data Center services. The company is set to issue a total of 190.3 million equity shares and 59.7 million ADSs, with new shares expected to be delivered by early July 2024. The funds raised will also support general corporate purposes and further development of Digital Services.
