Sierra Rutile Holdings Limited’s acquirer, PRM Services LLC, has announced an extension to its unconditional on-market takeover offer until July 31, 2024. The Australian Securities & Investments Commission granted PRM relief to extend the offer period, which was initially set to expire on May 5, 2024. Shareholders now have additional time to consider PRM’s bid for all shares not already owned by them.
