Sierra Rutile Holdings Limited (AU:SRX) has released an update.
PRM Services LLC has announced an extension of its unconditional on-market takeover offer for all outstanding shares of Sierra Rutile Holdings Ltd that it does not already own. The offer period, which was initially set to close earlier, will now end at the close of trading on the ASX on Wednesday, 31 July 2024. Sierra Rutile Holdings’ shareholders have until this new deadline to accept the offer by selling their shares at the offer price on the ASX.
