Sierra Rutile Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mohamed Cole as a director on September 18, 2024, with an initial director’s interest notice revealing that Cole holds 189,300 shares in Leonoil Company Limited. In addition to shares registered in his name, Cole has a relevant interest in 399,298,106 fully paid ordinary shares of Leonoil Company Limited, where his voting power exceeds 20%.
