On July 22, 2024, the Company secured a $375 million financing package through a new credit agreement, including a $125 million term loan and a $250 million revolving credit facility, to fund its acquisition of Envato Pty Ltd for approximately $250 million. The financing offers flexible interest options based on the Company’s leverage, with additional fees typical for such transactions. The acquisition, enhancing the Company’s market position, was finalized on the same day, backed by the comprehensive financial arrangement.
