Shiny Health & Wellness Corp., known for its ShinyBud Cannabis Co. dispensaries, has announced a change in auditor, with Zeifmans LLP taking over from BDO Canada LLP, effective March 19, 2024. The transition comes without any disputes or unresolved issues from the former auditor’s reports. This change comes ahead of the company’s next Annual General Meeting, with all required documentation filed on SEDAR.
