Sherritt International Shareholders Approve Board and Auditor

Sherritt International (TSE:S) has released an update.

Sherritt International, a leader in nickel and cobalt mining and refining, announced the successful re-election of its board members and the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP as external auditors at its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting, which saw nearly 40% of outstanding shares represented, also passed the ‘Say on Pay’ advisory resolution. Sherritt, noted for its significant role in the energy transition and as a major independent energy producer in Cuba, continues to focus on expanding its production capacity.
