Shenzhou International Group Holdings Limited announced the successful passage of all resolutions during its Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2024, with overwhelming shareholder support, including the approval of a final dividend payment of HK$1.08 per share. Key resolutions included the re-election of executive directors and authorization for the Board to set director remuneration, all receiving high percentages of votes in favor.
