Ltd. has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.043 per share for the year ending December 31, 2023, to be paid in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.1, with a payment date set for July 19, 2024. Non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders will be subject to a withholding tax of 10% and 10-20% respectively.
