At the Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company’s AGM on May 21, 2024, shareholders overwhelmingly approved all resolutions, including the adoption of the financial statements and the re-election of directors. A significant final dividend of RMB11.55 cents per share was also approved, with the dividend payable on July 15, 2024, to shareholders registered by May 27, 2024. Shareholders have the option to receive dividends in Renminbi, Hong Kong Dollars, or a mix of both, upon submitting an election form by June 19, 2024.
