Shenzhen Expressway Co. has announced a final cash dividend of RMB 0.55 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, with a payment date set for August 23, 2024. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD, at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 0.911804, totaling HKD 0.60319981 per share. A 10% withholding tax will apply to non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders, while mainland investors through Stock Connect will face a 20% rate.
