Shenandoah Telecommunications Expands Board, Appoints Michael Rhymes

An announcement from Shenandoah Telecommunications Co (SHEN) is now available.

Shenandoah Telecommunications Company has expanded its Board of Directors from 10 to 11 members and appointed Michael A. Rhymes as a Class 2 Director, effective immediately. His term will last until the 2025 annual shareholder meeting unless he leaves or is removed sooner. Rhymes will also serve on the Audit Committee and be compensated as per the company’s standard policies. This update was publicly announced through a press release on July 31, 2024.
