Shell (UK) (GB:SHEL) has released an update.
Shell (UK) has announced a share buy-back programme as part of its capital management strategy, with shares purchased on 19th July 2024 across various trading venues in GBP and EUR. BNP PARIBAS Financial Markets SNC will manage the trading decisions independently until 26 July 2024. The buy-back programme is being conducted in compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation and the Financial Services Act.
