Shell (UK) Executes Major Share Buy-Back

Shell (UK) (GB:SHEL) has released an update.

Shell (UK) has purchased a significant number of shares for cancellation as part of its ongoing share buy-back programme, announced earlier in August 2024. The buy-back occurred on 21 August 2024, with transactions across multiple venues, including the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Amsterdam’s XAMS, with prices ranging from £27.0100 to £27.2700 and €31.9100 to €32.2400 respectively. Citigroup Global Markets Limited independently managed the trading decisions for this programme, which adheres to the Market Abuse Regulation and the Financial Services Act.
