Shell plc has announced the purchase and cancellation of several shares on 11 July, 2024, as part of its ongoing share buy-back programme, which was previously disclosed on 2 May 2024. The transactions were carried out across various trading venues, including the London Stock Exchange and European platforms, aligning with the company’s authority to repurchase shares both on and off the market. This strategic move is to be managed independently by BNP PARIBAS Financial Markets SNC within specific parameters until the end of July.
