Shell (UK) (GB:SHEL) has released an update.
Shell plc has announced the purchase of its own shares for cancellation on 28 August 2024, as part of its previously communicated share buy-back program. The transactions were made through both on- and off-market trades, within the pre-set parameters and in compliance with the Listing Rules and Market Abuse Regulation. Citigroup Global Markets Limited independently handled the trading decisions for this buy-back session.
