Shell (UK) (GB:SHEL) has released an update.
Shell plc has announced the purchase of its own shares for cancellation on July 8, 2024, as part of its ongoing share buy-back programme, with BNP PARIBAS Financial Markets SNC independently managing the trading decisions. The repurchases were executed across multiple trading venues, in adherence to market regulations, and are part of both on- and off-market buy-back efforts predefined by the company.
