Shelf Drilling Faces Norway Operational Delay

Shelf Drilling (SHLLF) has released an update.

Shelf Drilling, a leading offshore drilling contractor, announced that its Norwegian operations faced a setback as its Shelf Drilling Barsk jack-up rig’s Acknowledgement of Compliance (AoC) application was rejected by the Norwegian Ocean Industry Authority. The rig’s contract in Norway, announced previously, is pending until the AoC is secured. The company will engage in further dialogue with the authority to resolve the issue and will provide updates in the future.
